GREAT FOR: families, friend groups, sports and concert weekends, traveling pros, remote workers and longer stays.

Other things to note: No parties or events, and quiet hours are enforced. There are exterior cameras and a noise monitor (no recording inside the home). Please supervise children around the pool and hot tub. Pet fee: $100 per pet.

Pool heating: The pool is heated during the cooler months, November through March, when South Florida nights drop into the low 60s. From April through October the Florida sun keeps the water warm on its own (typically mid-80s), so the heater stays off. Water temperature can still dip for a day or two after a strong cold front. If you're visiting in early April or late October and want the heat on, message us before your stay.
